We are constantly searching for ways to improve our photography skills. We may look through books, join a camera club, look at photo on the internet but one of the best ways is to go on a photography workshop.

While the number of photography courses can seem bewildering you have to be sure you choose the right course.

As a professional photographer i see a number of course leaders as computer experts rather than photographers. They tend to gear the course for a large group, provide generic information and spend a good half of the time in a classroom. Having been on a few of these types of courses in my early days, i was always left wanting more.

With this in mind Sheffield Photo Training provides very practical photography training either as a 1:1 or 2:1 and base the experience on using your own camera and lenses, so you gain the most out of the day.

If you seek advice and training on photographing wildlife subjects, using your own camera for night photos or are a beginner trying to get to grips with the controls on your camera, then we have a course we can tailor to meet your needs.
