Richard Ashbee is a professional photographer who is fully insured and who has been taking wildlife photo since 1972.

He has been chairman of the Woodhouse Wildlife Group since 1987 and has delivered wildlife lectures using his own photos, to a wide variety of groups such as the RSPB, Sorby Natural History Society, Notts Wildlife Trusts, Gleadless Valley Wildlife Group, Netheredge Wildlife Group, Dronfield Wildlife Group and many others over the past 25 years.

Richard has been delivering 1:1 photo training since 2009 as part of his other photographic services at Norton Lees Photography here you can find many independent reviews on Freeindex to verify the quality of work delivered.

He is very patient and friendly and just wants to help you get full appreciation of the course you have chosen and welcomes all questions. He doesn't stop helping you as he offers full e-mail support once you have finished your course.

It's not just the photography you will be learning, the field craft is an essential part of wildlife photography and he will help you learn as much as possible about the subjects we encounter.

Over the past years Richard has visited many place to photograph wildlife including various parts of England, Shetland, Inner & Outer Hebrides, Scotland, Germany many parts of France, Spain, Holland, Belgium.
